These Terms and Conditions govern all appointments, consultations, and services booked with Clear View Solutions through our website or scheduling system.
1. Appointment Booking
By scheduling an appointment or consultation with Clear View Solutions, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through our scheduling platform.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Consultation Services
Consultations are intended to provide professional guidance and recommendations based on the information provided by the client. The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the consultation.
Consultations do not guarantee specific results unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Payment requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
Depending on the service, payment may be required:
- At the time of booking, or
- At the time of the appointment.
Failure to provide payment when required may result in cancellation of the appointment.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
5. Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late for an appointment, the session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. Full service fees may still apply.
6. No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
7. Refund Policy
Payments for consultations or services are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Any exceptions will be handled at the sole discretion of Clear View Solutions.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to behave respectfully and professionally during all appointments. Clear View Solutions reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clear View Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
10. Privacy
Any personal information provided during booking or consultation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for providing services and communication regarding appointments.
11. Changes to Terms
Clear View Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all future bookings.
